Intense Training

I've Never Had Private Training Before. How Does It Work?

It can be very daunting if you've never experienced private training before. However, I can assure you that no two people are trained exactly the same and the trainer should always go at a comfortable pace. I've had many clients who started with me without ever lifting a weight, only to be the centre of attention in the gym because they're lifting impressive weights months later. However, it's not about showing off. It's about surprising yourself on what kind of athlete you have inside of you.

 

Every detail about you will be taken in to account. Your capabilities, likes, dislikes, motivations, are all taken in to consideration. You're still steering the ship. I'm the one holding the map.
