Training with your own personal trainer or strength coach is undoubtedly a significant commitment to your health, well-being and longevity. It's completely understandable to think that having your own private trainer is more of a luxury rather than a necessity, and let's be real here - if you didn't have your own trainer, you're not going to die (although we can help you live a lot longer, ha).  However, your training isn't just a private session and you go about your day. It's an environment to learn about how your body responds to specific training, and what specific training your body needs. All of this can be achieved in a single training block. This means you don't have to see it as having to complete training block after training block. One of my favourite quotes is "Give someone a fish and you feed them for the day. Teach them how to fish and you feed them for the rest of their lives". My job is to help motivate, influence and (most importantly for you and I) EDUCATE you in how to make the most out of your training. I guarantee you will have a far better idea of how to train by the end of a single training block.

Why do some trainers charge more than others?

It's a valid question... Well, you're not just paying for the trainer's time, you're also paying for the trainer's knowledge and experience - in my case, over a decade of training individuals from gym newbies to Olympic gold medalists. I have genuinely trained over 1000 people, throughout 1000's of sessions, at many different levels. I've trained people of almost every shape, size, age, culture, nationality, experience, impaired or able-bodied... You name it. I've probably already trained hundreds of people just like you (I say probably, because every individual is unique in some way).

However, I have helped and assisted a huge variety of individuals and passed on two degrees worth of knowledge, tips, and guidance. I've also successfully passed incredibly tough assessments to be able to call myself a Strength Coach accredited by the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA). There's less than 1000 of us in the world that have passed this, despite over 10,000+ personal trainers and coaches that have tried. I've dealt with the pressures of helping Brides-to-be look slimmer for their weddings, and the pressures of helping several Team GB athletes qualify for the Olympics and Paralympics (and keep their careers going). So when I say you're in good hands - I've got this! When you compare my prices to other trainers locally, I'm actually quite competitive for the quality of training you will receive in return. All you've got to do is turn up, and let me handle the rest...


For every additional person per session, £10 is added per person, per session. So if you'd like to train privately with friends or family, these sessions are perfect and easier on the budget when you split the price!

For professional athletes, please get in touch to discuss fees. I will need to discuss with your team due to all of the variables involved here.

*Small Group Training involves a private training session where up to 3 trainees can join. It's a great way of getting in your strength training, keeping the costs down and meeting new like-minded people. To find out more, get in contact.

Please note - all sessions are 60 mins. Unfortunately, I do not offer single sessions. All blocks of training have a 3 month expiration date from date of purchase.
